The mixture was cooled to room temperature, filtered and purified by reverse phase HPLC, providing Example 114 as a solid. 1H NMR: (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 7.71-7.67 (m, 2H), 7.37-7.30 (m, 2H) 6.56 (s, 1H), 4.62-4.58 (m, 3H), 4.47-4.44 (m, 2H), 4.30 (q, J=7.2 Hz, 2H), 2.77 (s, 3H), 2.45 (s, 3H), 2.29 (s, 3H), 1.34 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3H) ppm; MS: m/z=389.4 (M+H).
