HATU (235 mg) was added to a solution of 1-(4-amino-3-(methylamino)phenyl)-4-((4-fluorobenzyl)oxy)pyridin-2(1H)-one (200 mg), N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.308 ml) and 2-methylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid (0.057 ml) in DMF (3 ml) at room temperature. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h. The mixture was quenched with brine and extracted with EtOAc twice. The organic layer was separated, washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, and concentrated in vacuo. The resulting residue in AcOH (1 ml) was stirred at 80° C. for 1 h. After evaporation of the solvent, the residue was passed through NH silica pad and concentrated in vacuo. The resulting solid was recrystallized from THF to give the title compound as a white solid.
