To a solution of 4-(1-(1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]dec-8-yl)-4-methoxy-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridin-3-yl)thiophene-2-carboxamide (20.0 mg) obtained in Step B of Example 148 in a mixed solvent of THF (5 mL) and water (0.50 mL) was added 6N hydrochloric acid (0.032 mL), and the mixture was stirred at 60° C. overnight. The reaction mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, and the organic layer was washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogencarbonate solution and saturated brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/methanol) to give the title compound (16.1 mg).
