5-[3-(4-BOC-piperazin-1-yl)-pyridin-5-yl]-1-(2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-3-pentafluoroethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (220.0 mg, 0.4 mmol) prepared in Example 169 was added to a saturated solution of hydrochloric acid in ethyl acetate (2.0 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature 2 hours and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give 210.0 mg of the titled compound as a brown liquid.
