5-[5-(4-BOC-piperazin-1-yl)-thiophen-2-yl]-1-(2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-3-pentafluoroethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (340.0 mg, 0.7 mmol) prepared in Example 202 was added to a saturated solution of hydrochloric acid in ethyl acetate (5.0 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give 300.0 mg of the titled compound as a brown liquid.
