Procedure
1-[3-(4-BOC-piperazin-1-yl)-phenyl]-5-(2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-3-pentafluoroethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (275.0 mg, 0.49 mmol) prepared in Example 215 was added to a saturated solution of hydrochloric acid in ethyl acetate (3.0 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give 240.0 mg of the titled compound as a yellow liquid.
