A solution of (R)-4-((R)-1-((6-(1-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-2-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-4-yl)oxy)ethyl)-1-((R)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl)pyrrolidin-2-one (5 mg) in TFA (2 mL) was heated at 60° C. for overnight, cooled to rt. and then removed TFA under vaco., the residue was diluted with ethyl acetate, and washed with brine, dried, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to provide 3 mg of (R)-4-((R)-1-((6-(1-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-2-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-4-yl)oxy)ethyl)pyrrolidin-2-one 6.60.
