- 150 °C
Procedure
6,7-Dichloro-2-[4-(2-morpholin-4-ylethoxy)phenyl]-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine (Example 206) (0.010 g, 0.025 mmol) and pyrrolidine (0.03 ml, 0.4 mmol) were dissolved in DMF (1 ml) and heated in a sealed vial at 150° C. for 3 h. The excess amine and the solvent were removed under reduced pressure, and the solid residue was washed with CH3CN, giving the title product (0.002 g, 19%).
Workup
