The title compound was prepared using the general procedure set forth in Example 5 using 2-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine (0.084 g, 0.46 mmol), N-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-(methoxymethyl)pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (0.101 g, 0.31 mmol), from Example 5.D., potassium carbonate (0.128 g, 0.93 mmol) in DMF (2 mL). The title compound was obtained as a light yellow solid.
