A mixture of 61A, MeNH2.HCl (20 mg, 0.30 mmol), BOP (37 mg, 0.084 mmol) and Et3N (50 μl, 0.036 mmol) was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. The reaction mixture was concentrated and purified by flash chromatography (SiO2, 100% CH2Cl2 then 100% EtOAc) to give 61B (11.1 mg, 48% for two steps). HPLC Rt=2.063 min; LCMS Found: (M+H)+=384.
