Procedure
The compound obtained in Example 3 is reacted in the presence of NaH (1.5 eq) and dimethyl sulphate (1.2 eq). The reaction is monitored using TLC. When all the starting material has disappeared, the reaction mixture is hydrolysed and then extracted. After evaporating off the solvents, the title product is isolated by flash chromatography.
