Procedure
A solution of 50 mg of the product of Step A, 43 mg of N1-benzothiazol-2-yl-ethane-1,2-diamine, and 124 mg of triethylamine in THF (1.0 mL) was heated to reflux. After 16 h, the reaction mixture was cooled to ambient temperature and then partitioned between EtOAc and water. The organic layer was dried over sodium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated to a residue that was purified by silica gel chromatography to afford the title compound as a white solid. MS (M+H+)=438.3.
