1-(6-Chloro-4-cyanopyridin-2-yl)piperidin-4-yl 3,4-dichloro-5-methyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylate (Example 308, 64 mg, 0.154 mmol), sodium azide (12 mg, 0.185 mmol) and ammonium chloride (8.3 mg, 0.154 mmol) were dissolved in anhydrous DMF (2 ml) and the mixture was heated at 120° C. for 8 h. The mixture was filtered and purified my semi-preparative reverse phase HPLC eluting with CH3CN/H2O (0.1% TFA) (48 mg).
