Methyl 6-(4-{[(3,4-dichloro-5-methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)carbonyl]amino}piperidin-1-yl)-2-morpholin-4-ylpyrimidine-4-carboxylate (Example 9, 224 mg, 0.45 mmol) was dissolved in MeOH (5 ml). 2 N lithium hydroxide (2 ml) was added and the reaction was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. The mixture was acidified with 1 N HCl and was extracted with EtOAc (3×50 ml), dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated in vacuo to provide 200 mg of the title compound.
