Procedure
tert-Butyl N′-[5-chloro-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-methoxypentanoyl]hydrazinecarboxylate (90 mg) was dissolved in a solution of 4 N hydrogen chloride in dioxane (1 mL), and the reaction solution was stirred at room temperature for 70 minutes. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 81 mg of the title compound. The property value of the compound is as follows.
