3,6-Dichloro-pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid (4-tert-butyl-phenyl)-amide (162 mg, 0.5 mmol), C-(2-Methoxy-pyridin-4-yl)-methylamine (211 mg, 1 mmol), and sodium bicarbonate (840 mg, 20 mmol) were added to IPA (2.5 mL). The reaction was ran in microwave (150° C., 15 min). Water (5 mL) was added to the reaction and the mixture was extracted with DCM (2×5 mL). The organic layer was dried over sodium sulfate and reduced. The crude was subjected to Flash chromatography (2% MeOH/DCM) for further purification.
