The crude product of the title compound was synthesized by conducting the similar reaction to that mentioned in Example 5 (5a) using 4-isobutylbenzoic acid (0.12 g, 0.66 mmol), 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (0.11 g, 0.78 mmol), 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (0.14 g, 0.72 mmol), 4-{[t-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}-N′-hydroxy-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1-benzofuran-2-carboximidamide (0.19 g, 0.6 mmol) that was obtained in Example 7 (7d), and tetrabutylammonium fluoride (a 1.0 M solution in tetrahydrofuran, 1.2 ml, 1.2 mmol). Subsequently, the crude product of the title compound thus obtained was purified by chromatography on a silica gel column using a mixed solvent of ethyl acetate and hexane (1:2-1:1) as the eluent to afford the title compound (0.15 g) in a yield of 75% as a pale yellowish oily product.
