Procedure

0.12 g of acetyl chloride is added to 0.4 g of N-[4-(4-benzyl-4-hydroxypiperidyl) -2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)butyl]-2,4-dichlorobenzamide hydrochloride (Compound 7), obtained according to Example 1, dissolved in 10 ml of dichloromethane in the presence of two equivalents of triethylamine.
