To a solution of 5 (0.30 g, 1.1 mmol), acethydrazide (82 mg, 1.1 mmol) diisopropylethyl amine (975 uL, 5.6 mmol), and 1-hydroxy-7-azabenzotriazole (HOAt, 177 mg, 1.3 mmol) in DMF (10 mL) was added and 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide, hydrochloride (EDC HCl; 249 mg, 1.3 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 16 h. The solvent was evaporated and the residue was extracted with hot ethyl acetate. The solvent was evaporated and crystallised from MeOH to give the title compound.
