Procedure

tert-butyl 4-(1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl)-1,2,3,6-tetra-hydropyridine-1-carboxylate (10 mg) prepared in the above 3) was dissolved in 1 ml of N,N-dimethylformamide, 0.04 ml of 2-chloropyrazine, 11 mg of powdery potassium hydroxide and 10 mg of sodium hydride were added thereto and the mixture was stirred for 5 hours under heating at 120° C. The reaction solution was allowed to cool down to room temperature, water was added thereto, the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, the extract was dried over sodium sulfate and the solvent was evaporated in vacuo. The resulting residue was separated and purified by a thin-layer chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane=1/2) to give 4.5 mg of the title compound as a white solid.
