To a solution of butyl 2-(1-(2-(2-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolin-6-ylamino)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)piperidin-4-yl)acetate (48 mg, 0.101 mmol) in THF (2 mL), aq. 1N LiOH (1.00 mL, 1.00 mmol) was added. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 20 h. HOAc (1 mL) was added to neutralize LiOH. It was then purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (32 mg). MS 421.3 (M+H); UV 207.8, 279.8 nm
