Procedure

Intermediate A (222 mg, 1.36 mmol) was added to a mixture of NaH (60% in mineral oil, 163 mg, 4.08 mmol) in DMF (15 mL) at RT and stirred for 30 min. Intermediate 75a (280 mg, 1.36 mmol) was then added and the resulting mixture heated to 60° C. for 1 h. After cooling, the reaction was quenched with sat. aq. NH4Cl solution. The mixture was diluted with water and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic extracts were washed with sat. aq. NaHCO3 solution and brine, and concentrated in vacuo. The resulting residue was purified by FCC, using 0 to 15% [2M NH3 in MeOH] in DCM, to afford the title compound as a brown solid (65.0 mg, 14%). LCMS (Method 3): Rt 1.89 min, m/z 350 [MH+].
