Procedure
Following the general procedure for Boc deprotection outlined in example 36, N-[3-[N″-[(1-tert-butoxycarbonylpiperidin4-yl)methyl]aminosulfonyl]-4-chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl]-N′-(2,3-dichlorophenyl) urea (20 mg, 0.033 mmol) was stirred in trifluoroacetic acid to form the desired product (9 mg, 44%). LC-MS (m/z) 509.0 (M+).
