Procedure
Following the general procedure for urea formation outlined in example 15, 4-chloro-2-hydroxy-3-(1-oxidothiomorpholinosulfonyl)aniline (88 mg, 0.27 mmol) and 2-bromophenylisocyanate (65 mg, 0.33 mmol) were coupled to form the desired urea (65 mg, 46%). LC-MS (m/z) 524.2 (M+).
