Procedure
Following the general procedure for urea formation outlined in example 15, N-propyl-3-amino-6-chloro-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonamide (186 mg, 0.71 mmol) and 2,3-dichlorophenylisocyanate (133 mg, 0.71 mmol) were coupled to form the desired urea (259 mg, 81%). LC-MS (m/z) 452.0 (M+).
