Procedure
Following the general procedure for urea formation outlined in example 15, 3-amino-6-chloro-N-cyclopropylmethyl-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonamide (0.23 g, 0.77mmol) and 2,3-dichlorophenylisocyanate (100 μL, 0.76 mmol) were coupled to form the desired urea (0.19 g, 53%). LC-MS m/z 464 (M+).
