Procedure

Following the general procedure for urea formation outlined in example 15, (N-cyclopentyl)-3-amino-6-chloro-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonamide (0. 15 g, 0.52 mmol) and 2-chlorophenylisocyanate (62 μL, 0.52 mmol) were coupled to form the desired urea (0.1 g, 43%). LC-MS n/z 444(M+).
