Procedure
Following the general procedure for urea formation outlined in example 15, 4-chloro-3-(1,1-dioxidothiomorpholinosulfonyl)-2-hydroxyaniline (62 mg, 0.18 mmol) and 2,3-dichlorophenylisocyanate (41 mg, 0.22 mmol) were coupled to form the desired urea (32 mg, 34%). LC-MS (m/z) 528.0 (M+).
