Procedure
Following the general procedure for urea formation outlined in example 15, 4-chloro-3-(1,1-dioxidothiomorpholinosulfonyl)-2-hydroxyaniline (62 mg, 0.18 mmol) and 2-bromophenylisocyanate (44 mg, 0.22 mmol) were coupled to form the desired urea (28 mg, 29%). LC-MS (m/z) 539.8 (M+).
