Using an analogous procedure to that described in Example 45, a 0.1N solution of 4-toluenesulfonic acid in ethyl acetate was reacted with N-cyclopropyl-4-methyl-3-[6-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-4-oxoquinazolin-3(4H)-yl]benzamide to gave the title compound; NMR Spectrum: (DMSOd6) 0.56 (m, 2H), 0.70 (m, 2H), 2.13 (s, 3H), 2.29 (s, 3H), 2.85 (m, 1H), 2.89 (s, 3H), 3.08 (m, 2H), 3.20 (m, 2H), 3.56 (m, 2H), 4.04 (m, 2H), 7.12 (d, 2H), 7.48 (d, 2H), 7.52-7.59 (m, 2H), 7.71 (m, 2H), 7.83 (d, 1H), 7.91 (m, 1H), 8.16 (s, 1H), 8.49 (d, 1H), 9.64 (s, 1H).
