Using an analogous procedure to that described in Example 45, a 0.1N solution of 4-toluenesulfonic acid in ethyl acetate was N-cyclopropyl-4-methyl-3-[4-oxo-6-(2-piperidin-1-ylethoxy)quinazolin-3(4H)-yl]benzamide to gave the title compound; NMR Spectrum: (DMSOd6) 0.57 (m, 2H), 0.71 (m, 2H), 1.41 (m, 1H), 1.71 (m, 3H), 1.84 (m, 2H), 2.14 (s, 3H), 2.29 (s, 3H), 2.87 (m, 1H), 3.05 (m, 2H), 3.56 (m, 4H), 4.51 (m, 2H), 7.11 (d, 2H), 7.49 (d, 2H), 7.56 (m, 2H), 7.69 (d, 1H), 7.79 (d, 1H), 7.85 (s, 1H), 7.92 (m, 1H), 8.24 (s, 1H), 8.46 (d, 1H), 9.27 (s, 1H).
