Procedure
The product from Example 165d (43 mg, 0.085 mmol) was reacted with isopropylsulfonyl chloride (14.5 mg, 0.102 mmol), N,N-diisopropylethylamine (33 mg, 0.255 mmol), and catalytic DMAP in CH2Cl2 for 18 h giving the crude title compound which was purified by HPLC with TFA providing the product as the trifluoroacetic acid (16 mg, 31%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 1.38 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 6 H) 2.73 (s, 3 H) 3.54-3.65 (m, 1 H) 6.69 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1 H) 7.01 (d, J=9.19 Hz, 2 H) 7.20 (d, J=9.19 Hz, 2 H) 7.27 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1 H) 7.60 (dd, J=8.82, 2.57 Hz, 1 H) 7.70-7.75 (m, 2 H) 8.51 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1 H) 8.81 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1 H); MS (ESI+) m/z 484 (M+H)+.
