Procedure

To a solution of 4-9 (46 mg, 0.1 mmol) in 1 mL of DCM was added TFA (1 mL) and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. The mixture was concentrated by evaporation and the residue was purified by prep.HPLC to give the product 4-10.
