PROCEDURE

实验过程

Trans-tert-butyl-3-hydroxycyclobutylcarbamate (440 mg), p-toluenesulfonyl chloride (498 mg) and pyridine (0.74 mL) are dissolved in dichloromethane (7 mL) and a catalytic amount of 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine is added. The reaction mixture is stirred at ambient temperature overnight, concentrated, partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organic phase is washed with a 20% aqueous solution of citric acid, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated to give the title compound. Yield: 806 mg.
