Procedure
A mixture of (2-chloro-quinazolin-4-yl)-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-methyl-amine (15 mg, 0.050 mmol) and hydroxylamine hydrochloride (6.7 mg, 0.10 mmol) in isopropanol was heated by microwave at 130° C. for 20 min. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The product was isolated by preparative TLC as white solid (6 mg, 40%) using acetone:hexane (1:1) as eluent. 1H NMR (CDCl3): 7.65 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.47 (ddd, J=8.4, 6.9 and 1.8 Hz, 1H), 7.08 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 6.94 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 6.88-6.75 (m, 2H), 3.86 (s, 3H), 3.48 (s, 3H).
