Procedure
To a solution of 2,4-Dichloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine (0.062 g, 0.33 mmol) in DMSO (1 mL) was added DIPEA (0.117 mL, 0.66 mmol) and 2-(3-aminophenoxy)-N-methylacetamide (0.095 g, 0.49 mmol). After heating at 100° C. for 15 h, it was diluted with EtOAc, washed with saturated NaHCO3, brine, dried and concentrated to give 2-(3-(2-chloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)phenoxy-N-methylacetamide (0.062 g).
