A mixture of N-[3-({2-[(chloroacetyl)amino]imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-yl}oxy)phenyl]-3-(1-cyanocyclopropyl)benzamide (140 mg, 0.287 mmol), 1-methylpiperazine (1 mL) and acetonitrile (2 mL) was stirred with heating at 80° C. for 4 hr. After the reaction mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature, saturated aqueous sodium hydrogencarbonate solution was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed with saturated brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and filtrated. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was purified by NH silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane=0/100→100/0) to give the title compound (65 mg, 41%) as a white powder.
