To a stirred solution of tert-butyl (1-{4-[5-(3-morpholin-4-ylphenyl)-2-phenyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-3-yl]phenyl}cyclobutyl)carbamate (67 mg, 0.11 mmol) in CHCl3/THF/MeOH (1:1:1, v/v/v, 3 mL), was added 4M HCl in ethyl acetate 1˜5 mL at rt. The mixture was stirred for 2 h at rt and ethyl acetate added. The solid was collected by filtration. The solid was dried to give the titled compound (54 mg) as a white solid.
