Procedure
The title compound was obtained in analogy to the procedure described for intermediate B but using 4-chlorobenzaldehyde and the product from step 256.5. After completion, the reaction mixture was quenched with a 1M NH4Cl solution and extracted with EtOAc. The organic layer was dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated. The residue was purified by flas chromatography (heptane/EtOAc, 80:20→20:80) to give the title compound. tR: 1.08 min (LC-MS 2); ESI-MS: 431.1/433.0 [M+H]+ (LC-MS 2).
