1.2 300 μl (1.485 mmol) of 38-40% sodium hydrogensulfite solution are added to a solution of 100 mg (0.495 mmol) of 2-amino-5-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)pyridine-3-carbaldehyde and 108 mg (0.495 mmol) of 6-(3,4-diaminophenyl)-5-methyl-4,5-dihydro-2H-pyridazin-3-one in 4 ml of DMF, and the resultant suspension is stirred at 50° C. for 72 hours. The reaction mixture is cooled to RT, water is added, and the precipitated product is filtered off with suction, washed with water and dried, giving 6-{2-[2-amino-5-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)pyridin-3-yl]-3H-benzimidazol-5-yl}-5-methyl-4,5-dihydro-2H-pyridazin-3-one as yellow solid; APCI-401;
