Procedure
In analogy to the method described in example 1, 7.9 g (30 mmol) of 3-[(5-chloro-2,6-dimethylpyrimidin-4-ylamino)methyl]phenol (from example B2), 6.08 g (30 mmol) of 6-chloro-3-nitroimidazo-[1,2-b]pyridazine and 20.9 g (150 mmol) of potassium carbonate are reacted in 125 ml of dimethylformamide. After chromatography on silica gel (mobile phase: gradient toluene/dioxane 5:1 to 2:1) and crystallization from methylene chloride/methanol and extraction with stirring from diisopropyl ether, 10.95 g (85%) of the title compound are isolated as a pale beige solid. m.p.: 222-223° C.
