The entitled compound was obtained according to the method of Example 15 but starting from 5-amino-2-methoxyisonicotinic acid, methylamine and 4-[(1-cyclobutyl-4-piperidinyl)oxy]benzaldehyde. The resulting compound was recrystallized from ethyl acetate-heptane to give a colorless tabular crystal (m.p. 146.5-148.0° C.).
