(R/S)-3-(tert-Butoxycarbonylamino)-1-(1-chloro-4-bromo-5-isoquinolinesulfonyl)pyrrolidine can be prepared by using 3-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)pyrrolidine in the method of Example 35-1, Step A instead of (S)-3-[N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-N-methylamino]pyrrolidine, and then the protective group of the obtained compound can be removed according to the method described in Example 39-1, Step B to obtain the title compound as hydrochloride.
