Protocol T was followed using 5-tert-Butyl-3-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazole, K2CO3, 2-Chloro-1-[4-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-ethanone and DMF. Column chromatography using a solvent mixture (hexane/ethyl acetate=1/1) afforded the title compound as a colorless oil. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3); 6.94-7.08 (t, 2H), 6.82-6.88 (dd, 2H), 6.32 (s, 1H), 5.14 (s, 2H), 3.62-3.80 (m, 4H), 3.05-3.18 (m, 4H), 1.35 (s, 9H). MS (ES) M+H expected 412.43, found 413.1
