The mixture of 35 mg of 2,6-dichloro-4-tetrazolyl benzoic acid, 30 mg of 1-(3-dimehtylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, 23 mg of 1-hydroxybenzotriazol hydrate, 15 mg of triethylamine, 35 mg of (2S) -2-amino-3-[4-(4-methyl-1,3-dioxo-1,3-dihydroisoindole-2-yl)phenyl] propionic acid ethylester hydrochloride and 5 ml of dichloromethane was stirred at room temperature for 3 days. The mixture was concentrated and suspended in a mixed solvent of water-acetonitrile containing 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid and then filtered to obtain the title compound.
