After 4-fluoroaniline(0.32 ml, 3.3 mmol) and triethylamine(0.46 ml, 3.3 mmol) were added to a solution of 6-methoxymethyl-5-methyl-2-chloro-4-(1-methyl-6-methoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-2-yl)pyrimidine (1.0 g, 2.3 mmol) in dimethylformamide(5 ml), 0.56 g of the titled compound was obtained in accordance with the same procedure as in Step 2 of Example 25.
