A solution of N-(4-{4-[2-formyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yl]-1-ethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl}phenyl)-N′-phenylurea (0.1 mmol), 4-(2-aminoethyl)-morpholine (0.2 mmol), and sodium triacetoxyborohydride (0.2 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 mL) and acetic acid (0.25 mL) under nitrogen was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. The reaction was quenched with 1N sodium hydroxide solution (5 mL) and extracted with ethyl acetate (3×5 mL). The combined organic layers were washed with brine (5 mL), dried over magnesium sulfate, and concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound as the crude product. ESMS [M+H]+: 705.6
