Procedure

A mixture of the product from example 44 step (viii) (0.25 g) and cyclobutylamine (0.54 ml) in dry 1,4-dioxane (3 ml) were heated at 60° C. for 34 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue partitioned between water and ethyl acetate. The organic extracts were dried (MgSO4) and evaporated under reduced pressure.

Workup

  1. customThe solvent was removed under reduced pressure
