A suspension of 5-hydroxy-3-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-1-phenylpyridazin-4(1H)-one (54 mg), 1-(2-chloroethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[1,2-a]benzimidazole (49 mg), cesium carbonate (98 mg), and sodium iodide (33 mg) in dimethylformamide (4 mL) was stirred at 70° C. for 15 hr. The reaction mixture was filtered, and the obtained insoluble material was washed with ethyl acetate. The filtrate and washing were combined, and concentrated under reduced pressure to dryness. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/methanol). A fraction containing the title compound was again purified by NH silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/methanol) to give the title compound (10 mg) as a white solid.
