A mixture of 420 mg (2.22 mmol) 1-phenyl-1H-[1,2,4]-triazole-3-carboxylic acid, 500 mg (2.22 mmol) 3,3-dimethyl-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester, 750 mg (2.22 mmol) TBTU and 500 μL (2.91 mmol) DIPEA in 5 mL DMF was stirred at RT for 2 h.
